Paul M. Haire, of Counsel
Mr. Haire’s practice is focused primarily in civil litigation involving general liability, commercial, personal injury defense, products liability, premises liability, construction and contractual matters. In his career as both a plaintiff and defense practitioner, Mr. Haire has litigated, arbitrated and tried a variety of cases. In addition to his litigation practice, he is regularly called upon by his peers to serve as a private arbitrator and mediator. He is also a member of the panel of arbitrators for the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County, Nevada, receiving frequent court appointments to arbitrate litigated matters. Mr. Haire has been and continues to serve as a speaker at various continuing legal education and client in-house training programs on topics ranging from premises and motor vehicle accident litigation to casino-hotel security pitfalls and litigation. Mr. Haire is also an adjunct professor in the MBA program at the Keller School of Management in Henderson, Nevada where he teaches courses in business law, political and ethical dimensions of business, and managing organizational change.
