Robert’s practice deals with all aspects of family law proceedings, including  marriage agreements, divorce, annulment, custody, child visitation, parentage, child support, property valuation and distribution, alimony, domestic violence protective orders, and international recovery of children.   A family law specialist, certified by the State Bar of Nevada and a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys, Robert has been a mediator, arbitrator, and a pro tem hearing master.  He is currently the editor of the Nevada Family Law Report, on the Family Law Section Executive Council, and the co-chair for the specialization examination.  A list of publications is available.
